Mission
Rise Above Mentoring helps youth and adults build stability, career pathways, life skills, and long-term success — through mentorship, workforce training, PRP/TBS supportive services, financial literacy, food connection, housing support, and community resource navigation.
Rise Above Mentoring, also known as RAM Plan, is a community-based organization focused on workforce development, mentorship, and supportive services for youth and adults. We provide hands-on career training, life skills, case management support, financial literacy, employment readiness, and connections to community resources.
Through partnerships with employers, workforce agencies, behavioral health providers, and community organizations, RAM Plan helps participants overcome barriers and move toward stability, employment, education, and personal growth.
We are also a verified provider on the Unite Us platform, which supports secure referrals between health, human service, and community organizations for needs like food, housing, transportation, benefits assistance, behavioral health, and more. Unite Us helps organizations coordinate whole-person care and closed-loop referrals across community partners.
